Malaysian Ringgit — the primary currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated on the Beton999 platform.
3.1 Age Requirement
Beton999 is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Beton999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all pending bets voided, and funds returned subject to the outcome of a formal verification process.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Beton999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — to circumvent account restrictions, exploit bonuses, or for any other purpose, is strictly prohibited. Beton999 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balance found in connection with multi-account activity.
3.3 Accurate Information
Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Players must promptly update their account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
3.4 Jurisdiction
It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Beton999 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. By registering, the Player confirms this. Beton999 does not represent that the Platform is lawful for use in Malaysia or any other specific jurisdiction. Malaysian users acknowledge and accept this condition.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. Beton999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered members.
You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally notify Beton999 of any unauthorised access. Beton999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
Beton999 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from Beton999 and requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at [email protected].
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Beton999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). All MYR transactions are processed without additional currency conversion fees. Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to blockchain network fees which may vary.
5.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum single deposit on Beton999 is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. There is no maximum deposit limit, although high-value deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals for standard verified accounts are processed within one to three (1–3) business hours. Gold VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal processing of under fifteen (15) minutes. All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification. Players must withdraw funds using the same payment method used for their most recent deposit where technically possible.
5.4 Withdrawal Limits
Minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. Gold VIP members may apply for enhanced withdrawal limits through their dedicated account manager.
Beton999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal, including for accounts that have not previously completed full KYC, accounts showing unusual activity, or high-value withdrawal requests.
5.5 Own Funds
Players may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to them. Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity, or using payment credentials belonging to third parties, are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
From time to time, Beton999 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, tier rewards, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are governed by: (a) these general Terms, and (b) the specific terms stated within each individual promotion.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiple is clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Players must fulfil the full wagering requirement before any bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 15x wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in qualifying bets to be settled before withdrawal is available.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
Beton999 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated activity across multiple accounts, and exploitation of promotional errors. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus amounts voided and may be permanently suspended.
6.3 Promotion Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry period stated in their individual terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated period will be automatically forfeited.
6.4 Promotional Changes
Beton999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including any ongoing promotion, with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes to wagering requirements on an active, partially-completed bonus will not apply retroactively.
Bets placed on Beton999 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type. The following general principles apply to all bets:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beton999, its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including without limitation:

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, Beton999 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's voluntary request and there is no outstanding breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of a KYC review.
Beton999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. Players who do not accept any amendment are entitled to close their Account without penalty prior to the effective date of the change, provided no outstanding bonus or wagering requirement is in progress.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which Beton999 operates.
